StayPut™ Medical is a small family-owned business run by Mike and Melissa Mangus. Mike has been heavily involved in the medical sector for most of his adult life and has found his passion in helping the diabetic community live a life with less stress by making patches that help keep their devices on as intended.

Mike created StayPut patches after numerous personal interactions with a variety of physicians, office staff, and their patients. Mike noticed a recurring theme that the wearable medical devices that people were wearing on their body, had trouble staying adhered to the skin for the intended duration of use. We all know that these devices are expensive, and reinsertion is not easy, especially in kids, and that the longer we can keep the device on our body the better they work. These facts helped us realize the need for a medical patch that will work for as long as needed. After months of research, development and design, Mike applied for a patent for StayPut™. StayPut is the medical tape that keeps Libre, Dexcom, Omnipod, Medtronic and various infusion sets on the body for up to 14 days.

StayPut is a breathable, durable, and water-resistant, overlay patch that is intended to be used as an additional adhesive for wearable medical devices. StayPut™ is offered in a variety of colors and has numerous pre-cut hole sizes available. The product is easily trimmed to size, is simple to apply, and is designed to withstand the rigors of active people’s everyday life. StayPut is designed for swimming, sweating, working out, working hard and is designed for both adults and children alike.
